Neil Saunders of GlobalData was less impressed. He said that, while the store was innovative with regards to some aspects however, it was lacking a viewpoint and was "too complicated." Saunders added that he believes Amazon is still dedicated to brick-and mortar retail however, its decision to shut down its bookstores and stores with 4-Star indicates that the company is focusing on what matters most to customers.
